Our client is looking to hire an ER Advisor on a permanent basis. This roles does not offer hybrid working and will be based in the office Monday-Friday, with travel to other sites required (travel will be paid for).

Client Details

You will be joining one of the leading providers within the airline catering industry, supporting a team of over 200 employees based at 3 different UK airports and a distribution centre in Slough, where this role is based.

Description

  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
  • Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations.
  • Identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee engagement and retain talent.
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships.
  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.

Profile

A successful ER Advisor should have:

  • A CIPD Level 5 or strong working knowledge of UK employment law.
  • Excellent understanding of HR practices, with demonstrable experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Job Offer

  • A competitive salary ranging between £38,000 to £45,000 per anum plus further benefits.
