HR Administrator

Job Type: Temporary

Location: Kent

Salary: £8-£12ph 

My client is currently seeking a highly organised and efficient HR Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Day to day of the role:

  • Assist with the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, issuing employment contracts, and maintaining candidate databases.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing starter packs and coordinating induction sessions.
  • Maintain employee records, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Respond to HR-related queries from employees in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with payroll processing by providing the finance department with relevant employee information.
  • Support the HR team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant, or relevant role.
  • Familiarity with HR software and MS Office Suite.
  • Understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
