The Recruitment Co are Currently Recruiting for a HR Administrator for their client in Dundee on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.

Salary: £23,200 - £25,000 Per Annum

Hours: 08:30 - 17:00 Monday - Thursday with a 16:00 finish on a Friday

Job Duties:

  • Manage Time and Attendance system and carry out return to work interviews.
  • Prepare files for payroll processing on a weekly basis.
  • Liaise with external payroll providers to ensure accuracy of payroll and pensions.
  • Help to manage employee absence in accordance with Company policy.
  • Manage recruitment on behalf of department managers.
  • Conduct/assist with investigation, disciplinary, grievance and appeals as required.
  • Reconciliation of invoices against purchase orders. Liaise with other departments to rectify any issues.
  • Processing purchase invoices accurately and timely.
  • Supplier statement reconciliation.
  • Process Sales Invoices
  • Provide cover for/assistance to other department staff as required.
  • Prepare Commercial Invoices
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports for distribution within the company.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages and respond to inquiries.
  • Book travel arrangements and coordinate logistics for staff as required.
  • Booking meeting rooms and organising catering.

Skills Required

  • Proven experience in similar roles
  • Excellent communication skills
  • MS Office experience
  • Working Knowledge of HR processes
  • Accounts experience (Essential)
  • HR experience (Essential)
