About the Role:
As a Housing Support Worker, you'll play a crucial role in providing housing-related support to vulnerable adults and individuals from diverse and complex backgrounds. Your mission? To empower them toward independent living, enhance their skills, build resilience, and guide them on pathways to independence. You'll manage a caseload, work collaboratively with community partners, and provide outreach support to ensure tenancy sustainment and self-reliance.
Key Responsibilities:One-on-One Support:
Assist clients in housing across Bristol, tailoring your approach to their unique needs.Housing Support Plans:
Develop personalised support plans that address each Service User's recovery journey.Quality Management:
Ensure estates management requirements and quality improvement plans are met at the highest standard.Stay Informed:
Keep abreast of current services, organisations, and community resources that cater to client needs, including peer mentoring.Strengths-Based Approach:
Help individuals make positive changes by focusing on their strengths.Community Integration:
Collaborate with clients to enhance self-sufficiency, reintegrate into the community, and achieve successful move-on from our service
