House Manager/ Concierge

Abbatt are currently recruiting for a House Manager/ Concierge for a retirement home.

This role is based on site in the retirement home in Loughton. Due to the nature of this role any applicant MUST have an IN DATE DBS Check.

This is a temporary assignment that will last a few days.

Duties/ Requirements:

  • Able to interact with residents and be helpful towards them if they require any assistance
  • Assist contractors/ tradesmen
  • Signing in and out all parcels, keys, visitors
  • Support and advise residents when needed
  • Dealing with any emergency's responsibly and professionally
  • Positive attitude towards other members of staff and residents
  • Maintain high levels of customer service
  • Follow company health and safety policy at all times
  • Manage the car parking permit system
  • General admin duties
  • Previous experience is preferred

This Role will start Monday 8th March and you must be available for that whole week and also Friday 5th March for a handover/ training.

Hours are 08:00-15:00pm
