LOCATION: Swindon – 3-Star Hotel
BASIC SALARY: £40’000 to £41’000
BONUS: 45-60% SALARY BONUS LINKED TO KPI’S

A unique opportunity has arisen for a passionate Hotel Manager / General Manager to join a global hotel business, operating a turnover of 2 billion euros and a team of 3000 worldwide employees. Hotel Manager / General Manager

This is a strong performing site, solid sales and GP. We are seeking a well-balanced manager who can lead in customer service but who also operates a profitable and well balanced business across different departments. Room Revenue and F&B, always seeking new ways to improve customer experience.

It is essential you are passionate and can support and lead your team to deliver an outstanding journey for guests and staff alike. Strong people communication and development skills are essential – coupled with 3-star exposure.

We are seeking an experienced manager with one common thread, a desire to succeed in life through hard work, loyalty, enthusiasm, and respect for their colleagues. The business offers opportunities across Europe.

General Manager / Hotel Manager

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Hotel Manager or General Manager of a fast paced and volume operation.
  • 3-star exposure is ideal.
  • City exposure would be helpful.
  • Commercial acumen.
  • An eye for detail.
  • Passion for very high customer service standards, with the ability to train and lead from the front.
  • Drive and enthusiasm to succeed in your work environment.
  • Confident communicator on all levels.
  • Strong passion knowledge and experience to run a successful F&B operation.
  • Proven knowledge and results led occupancy and bedroom experience.
  • The ability to take ownership of customer needs, business needs and your teams needs day to day.
