NonStop Social Care is currently working with an Independent well-established Fostering Agency in West Midlands. I am currently recruiting for a home-based supervising social worker for their team.

The IFA will offer you will flexibility with remote working and managing your own diary. For supervision of carers you will travel to and cover areas such as Herefordshire and Worcestershire. Occasional travels to the office in Bromsgrove for team meetings.

The Fostering Services is undergoing an exciting transition, including moving to a new office to the Bromsgrove area soon to ensure better accessibility for our valued team members. This change will provide a vibrant and supportive environment for you to thrive. The agency is rated 'good' by Ofsted.

Responsibilities

The home-based supervising social worker will be responsible of low caseload of 10-12 stable families in Hereford and Worcestershire. For the travel, your mileage will be paid from home to where the carers are located. Also mileage going to the office will be reimburced.

Requirements

- you have 1-3 years of working knowledge of the supervising social worker role
