Role Overview:

We're thrilled to collaborate with a fantastic Primary School located in Swindon, seeking a qualified HLTA or an experienced Teaching Assistant looking to advance their career. The school is committed to providing necessary training for candidates to qualify as HLTA for those who do not already hold this certification.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to create inclusive learning environments that meet the needs of all students.
  • Provide tailored support to students with SEND, ensuring they receive personalized attention and assistance to reach their full potential.
  • Assist in the implementation of educational curriculum, integrating key learning objectives, assessment criteria, and innovative instructional methodologies.
  • Support the overall educational development of students across various age groups, fostering a positive and nurturing learning environment.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated on best practices and strategies for supporting students with diverse learning needs.
