Job Title: High-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead whole-class activities in the absence of the regular classroom teacher.
  • Provide targeted support to individuals or small groups to ensure every child reaches their full potential.
  • Inspire and motivate students with your passion for education.
  • Collaborate with fellow educators and support staff to create a positive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • HLTA qualification or equivalent.
  • Recent experience working in a primary school setting.
  • Enhanced DBS check.
  • References that highlight your ability to dazzle in the classroom.
