Payscale: £95-£120

Duration: Long-term to Permanent.

April 2024 Start.

Are you a Qualified Higher-Level TA looking to kickstart a career in a friendly primary school environment?

We are currently working alongside a primary school based in Croydon, London and we are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working HLTA. This role is perfect for an individual committed to providing encouraging learning environments for children of all age groups in Primary education.

As a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant, your duties will include:

  • Help maintain a well-organised learning environment for children in primary education.
  • Collaborate with the class teacher and deliver lessons in the absence of a teacher.
  • Encouraging student interaction with the curriculum.
  • Providing support in small groups and 1:1.

About you:

  • Level 4 TA qualification desirable.
  • Ability to remain positive and patient in challenging situations.
  • Have a genuine interest in Primary education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have previous experience working in a school.
