TPT2248 HGV Mechanic

My client is based in Hillingdon, Middx and are currently seeking an experienced HGV Mechanic to work onsite in their in house facility, working Monday to Friday.

  • MOT tests and other legal or compliance requirements to minimise vehicle down-time.
  • Liaise with Operations team to schedule maintenance
  • Administer the vehicle defect reporting system.
  • Ensure correct keeping of all documentation, including working with the computer-based vehicle management system.
  • Undertake planned and preventative maintenance inspections.
  • Manage and undertake all vehicle servicing to manufacturers’ guidelines.
  • Diagnose all reported faults.
  • Maintain required level of Health & Safety for workshop and all that enter the environment.
