Helpdesk Lead Engineer - Managed Services.

My client are a established London based IT Services Company that have an urgent requirement for a Helpdesk Lead Engineer. As Helpdesk Lead Engineer you will be the main focal point for the helpdesk acting as a escalation point for other engineers and someone that can prove the voice of experience.

As Helpdesk Lead Engineer you will have a broad range of technical skills but ideally particularly strong in O365 and Azure. The role will also involve occasional visits to client sites, so strong client relationship building and communication skills is required.

My client can offer Hybrid working and are currently offering 3 days n the office and 2 days from home per week. There will be opportunities to get involved in project work and genuine opportunities for career growth in a friendly MSP which have a real element of common sense in the way they operate. A very friendly team.
