We have a fantastic opportunity for a Health & Safety Manager to join a regional contractor based in Hampshire. Using your previous experience either as a Health & Safety Manager or Health & Safety Advisor looking to take a step up within the construction industry.

The ideal candidate will have full experience of overseeing multiple sites by themselves and a team of Advisors. The nature of the schemes will call upon a strong background within construction. An ambitious nature and desire for career development will also be key, as you will be directly reporting into the Operations Manager.

Generic duties include:

  • Induction training for new employees, also subcontractors as well.
  • Conduct suitability checks for all plant, materials & equipment.
  • Perform risk assessments & method statements.
  • Manage accident investigations and reports.
  • Report directly into the Managing Director, Operations Director & Construction Director, Providing the necessary guidance, legislation's update and reports.
  • Create and promote campaign to encourage Health & Safety and promote awareness.
  • Consult with the local Health & Safety governance.

Offering a competitive salary ranging between £60,000 - £70,000 + Package.
