We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly-motivated and experienced individual as the Headteacher’s PA/Admin Manager who will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning and running of the school. This is a 52 week role, rather than term time.

The position requires a detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication skills, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

As the Headteacher’s PA/Admin Manager, you will need to be:

  • highly adaptable,
  • positive and possess a 'can-do' approach
  • be confident and organised at all times,
  • patient, flexible, creative with a good sense of humour.

You will need to demonstrate that you have:

  • experience of working within a school environment,
  • the ability to build good relationships with children, teachers, parents and carers,
  • the ability to work as part of a team,

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our young people and we expect staff to share this commitment. An enhanced DBS check will be applied for.
