We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Head of school . The successful candidate will have a strong background in special education, hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), and possess previous leadership experience.

As the Head of school , you will:

• Provide Vision and Leadership: Develop and communicate a clear vision for the school, ensuring alignment with our mission and values.
• Promote Inclusion: Champion an inclusive ethos that celebrates diversity and supports students with a range of special educational needs.
• Lead Staff Development: Foster professional growth among teaching and support staff, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Manage Resources: Oversee budgeting, staffing, and facilities to ensure optimal learning conditions.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Engage with parents, local authorities, and external agencies to enhance student outcomes.
• Monitor Student Progress: Implement effective assessment strategies and track student progress.
