Elevation Recruitment Group's Technical Engineering division is currently working with a global leading chemical manufacturer in the appointment of a Head of Technical / Technical Director. 

This is a great time to join the business as Head of Technical / Technical Director and play a key role in the divisional leadership team.

The Head of Technical / Technical Director's Duties & Responsibilities will include: 

  • You will lead a product portfolio, being the technical expert for underlying technologies 
  • Support the Group strategy and share knowledge and learnings for the technology roadmap, allocating technical resources to achieve outlined objectives 
  • Ensuring regulatory standards and compliance is adhered to with the appropriate WMS in place for ISO9001 and many more
  • Working as part of the leadership team you will identify commercial opportunities along with commercial threats by legislative change 
  • You will lead from the front, coach mentor and develop your team to be customer centric and deliver the best customer experience 
  • Support cross functional departments in delivery first class service; products and technical knowledge 

Elevation are keen to speak with people that have worked in a similar capacity if not the same level operation before with demonstrable skills in the following areas: 

  • You will be Degree educated with a Bachelors in Science
