Role: Head of Social Value

Duration: Permanent

Location: Coleshill / hybrid

£50,000 - £60,000

  • Taking the lead in the implementation of the Social Value Strategy for the business
  • Developing and managing the delivery of their social value commitment
  • Managing engagement with clients, the supply chain and other stakeholders.
  • Manage the collation and reporting on all social value activities.
  • Managing relationships with community organisations, charitable partners, schools, and other key social value stakeholders.
  • Providing support and advice on community engagement for the business.
  • Working with all departments to promote social value best practice activities across the company.
  • Support volunteering and donation activities.
  • Support work winning activities through inputs to bids and tenders as well as attending customer events.

This is an ideal role for someone highly motivated and looking to make a real difference in the communities where my client works.


You will be a proactive self-starter, invigorated by challenges, and thrive in an empowered environment that values initiative and innovative thinking. Good communication and relationship management skills are a must, coupled with an energetic interest in social sustainability.
