Head of Sales

Location: Leeds

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + commission - OTE of £100,000

Elevation Recruitment Group are proud to be recruiting for a well established lead generation specialist business within the financial services industry. This role will play a pivotal part in spearheading the sales team to success and growing the client base substantially through new and existing business.

The ideal candidate will be adept in the financial services industry with a history of leading teams alongside being innovative, energetic and ambitious. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance and exceed sales goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market segments to expand the company’s customer base and increase market share

Skills and Requirements

  • Degree qualified, degree within financial services is desirable
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong business acumen and financial literacy
  • An understanding of digital marketing is beneficial
  • A history and strength with leading and developing a team
  • Ambitious, driven, energetic and hungry for results
  • A track record of business development and overseeing development of new business opportunities
  • This role is office based in Leeds
