We are a premier events-focused hotel dedicated to providing exceptional experiences for weddings, corporate gatherings, and special occasions. Our venue offers unique and beautiful facilities (17 Meeting spaces) that are different to anywhere else in London.

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Events Manager to lead our sales efforts and oversee event planning and execution. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a proven track record in sales, and a keen eye for creating seamless and memorable events.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to attract and secure corporate events, weddings, conferences, and other special occasions.
  • Client Relationships: Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional service throughout the event planning process.
  • Event Coordination: Oversee event planning, coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure flawless execution of events from start to finish.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of event coordinators and sales staff, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the hospitality or events industry.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
