Description

• Lead and manage the Retail Department's quality assurance processes and team.
• Develop and implement effective QA strategies and plans.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Resolve quality-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Prepare and present quality reports to senior management.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in retail quality assurance.
• Ensure all QA activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.

Profile

A successful Head of QA should have:

• A degree in a related field such as Business or Quality Management.
• Expertise in senior technical role working with licensed goods.
• Proven experience in a similar role within the toy goods industry.
