About the role

An exciting new opportunity has arisen to deliver a crucial workplace project in AIUK's evolution, as we seek to maximise value from a building with a large footprint and relocate to a new workplace that better suits our future needs.

The Head of Property Relocation and Workplace will oversee and drive the process of the sale and wind-down of our current building and spearhead the transition to a new workspace. Support and oversight will also be provided by this position as needed to our other workplaces.

You will have responsibility for developing and implementing a comprehensive project plan that mitigates project risks effectively. Throughout the process you will engage our staff and stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition and buy-in for the change journey.

The role may be for you if:

  • You have significant experience of leading office relocation projects involving multiple stakeholders

  • You're skilled in negotiating and managing multiple contacts within existing procurement frameworks and best practice

  • You can apply your knowledge of contract law to complex property transactions

  • You collaborate and positively contribute to an inclusive culture

  • You have a good knowledge of best practices in workplaces including health and safety, sustainability, disability access, and inclusive principles.
