This is an amazing role for an ambitious Head of Pricing who leads by example and strives to excel in a high-profile division based in central London.

The role:

As Head of Pricing you'll lead on multiple strategic programmes as the Direct-to-Consumer programme continues to evolve. The team is responsible defining new business models, optimising pricing, and driving growth strategy.

Duties:

  • Implementing pricing methodologies that reflect the true worth of products and services
  • Deploy data analytics and economic experience to design and execute pricing strategies
  • Work closely with technical teams to build and fine-tune pricing algorithms
  • Use statistical modelling and machine learning to create predictive pricing models
  • Conduct thorough cost-benefit analyses, shaping pricing decisions to maximise overall value for the company
  • Collaborate closely with publishers, understanding their goals, and ensuring pricing strategy aligns with expectations
  • Engage proactively with product & engineering managers, marketing teams, and other internal partners to ensure our pricing strategies align with overarching business objectives
  • Work closely with finance teams to ensure our pricing models are not both strategic and financially sound

What we're looking for:

  • Proven track record in value based and dynamic pricing strategies, data analytics, and economic modelling
  • Deep understanding of economic theory and its practical application in pricing decisions
  • Experience in creating and implementing price recommendation algorithms
  • Good interpersonal and time leadership skills and the ability to coach and upskill team members
