The Role

They are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Head of Marketing to join their team and lead their marketing efforts. As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing their overall marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will oversee all aspects of marketing, including digital marketing, content creation, brand management, product marketing, and marketing analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
• Lead and manage a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive results.
• Drive brand awareness and market positioning through innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
• Create compelling content for marketing collateral, website, blog, social media, and other channels to engage target audiences and drive lead generation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the market.
• Utilize marketing analytics and data-driven insights to measure campaign effectiveness, optimize performance, and make data-backed decisions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation in marketing strategies and tactics.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a CMO / Head of role in a B2B Tech environment
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute complex marketing strategies.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team to achieve common goals.
• Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, content creation, brand management, and product marketing.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms to measure and optimize campaign performance.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a strong drive for results.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a hands-on and proactive approach to problem-solving.
