Head of Investment & Development

We are recruiting for a fantastic permanent opportunity for a Head of Investment & Development. This outstanding senior leadership role will be responsible for the successful leadership of teams in the following areas-

-Lead on development function and the effective development of new homes for rent and sale. Be responsible for the effective management of regeneration programme.

-Develop sales and marketing of new build properties.

-Lead and develop retrofit of properties to reduce the carbon footprint and aim for net zero.

-Lead on the effective appraisal of assets.

-Work with the senior leadership team to ensure the efficient completion of business objectives.

-Ensure financial forecasting and budgeting is accurate

-Provide effective leadership across your teams and the wider organisation.

Candidates should be an experienced leader who can demonstrate competence across development and asset investment. Candidates should be able to demonstrate previous experience in leading on both strategy and operations. Must be an outstanding communicator and be appropriately qualified.
