Macildowie are working with a business, looking to find a Head of HR to join the team This company is a renowned producer with a rich heritage spanning over decades, they are a local manufacturing giant and brilliant brand.

You will lead initiatives to create an inclusive and high-performing workplace environment. Your role will involve developing and implementing innovative HR programs and policies to attract, retain, and develop top talent. With a strategic vision and a passion for nurturing professional growth, you will drive organisational excellence.

Day to day could include:

• Succession planning
• Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives
• Drive comprehensive workforce development programs aligned with organisational goals
• Maintain a strategic HR focus to drive sustainable growth
• Collaborate with SLT to align HR with business objectives
• Deliver presentations to others including Directors
