Eames is currently partnered with a global (re)insurance broker who is looking for a Head of Data Management to help define and execute their data strategy.

This hybrid/London-based role pays up to £140,000, depending on experience, plus bonuses and benefits.

The role:

  • Develop and own the Group's Data Management strategy.
  • Drive the design and architecture of the data platform.
  • Collaborate directly with business units to ensure data solutions meet business needs.
  • Provide oversight, guidance, and mentoring to staff globally in Data Management.

The candidate:

  • Solid experience as a technology-focused Data Management Leader, with at least 5 years of relevant experience gained within Insurance.
  • Proficiency in Master Data Management, Reference Data Management, and relevant tools, with a track record of implementing and maintaining self-service-based data products.
  • Demonstrated expertise in following processes for design and governance, along with experience in Agile project environments.
  • Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Azure cloud platforms, including core data services, and familiarity with general IT principles and data warehousing concepts.
