Head of eCommerce/Amazon - EMEA

Salt have partnered with a global retail business to help them hire a Head of eCommerce/Amazon for EMEA. In this role you will help drive the business growth across Ecommerce. The ideal profile will have a strong commercial mindset and be able to drive the operational aspects of the .com business. They will directly manage the relationship with Amazon across the EMEA region, conducting regular meetings and discussions to get the most out of the partnership.

The role:

*Be responsible for the .com business growth across EMEA.

*Set KPIs for each country within the EMEA region, working with the local and global teams to measure their performance against these and act accordingly.

*Develop and oversee the eCommerce Trading Calendar, identifying possible campaigns and promotions.

*Conduct regular analysis of the performance by region and look at opportunities and threats to the business and act accordingly.

*Manage the Amazon partnership, identifying a clear strategy for growth across each country.

*Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify areas of growth.

*Act as the .com spokesperson for the business, reporting your findings to the CEO.

The Person:

*Strong knowledge of the eCommerce Business model and namely Amazon marketplace.

*Strong commercial knowledge

*Strong leadership and communication skills.

*Ability to present and influence others.

*Experience in working with and leading cross-functional teams
