I am looking a proactive and dynamic Head of Delivery to join a fast-growing business supporting franchises across the EMEA region. Here, you'll play a pivotal role in maturing their technology, back-office, and procurement capability.

This is a globally impacting role and a brilliant opportunity for someone who wants to make a genuine difference in the business' ways of working.

Key responsibilities will as Head of Delivery will include:

• Being comfortable working in unstructured/immature environments and navigating ambiguity.
• Implementing best practice and processes
• Being relationship driven and working effectively with different audiences (technical and business facing)

Experience working in the retail or consumer facing environment is essential. Previous experience delivering large-scale programmes is essential.

With offices in Buckinghamshire, our client is offering flexible working options with candidates being expected to be in the office 3 days a week.
