Head of Business Development

The Role

Identifying new business opportunities through lead generation and marketing. To be responsible for the Business Development Team, ensure targets are met and the right amount of the right sort of leads are generated for the business. To provide direction and strategy to the marketing team, optimising outbound marketing and website to achieve the best results for the business.

Role Requirements

• Experience with lead generation and project related sales.
• Proven track record of achieving/exceeding targets.
• Skilled in all forms of communication - email, WhatsApp, Skype, Zoom, MS teams, FB Messaging, LinkedIn Messaging etc. and all main social media channels.
• Experience with CRM.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers in various industries.
• Identify and capitalising on growth opportunities, develop targeted strategic plans to drive expansion.

Salary and Benefits

• £50k Base salary + £18k OTE
• Vitality health insurance after successful probation.
• Team breakfast and 15:30 finish on Fridays.
