Job Title: Head of Building Safety
Contract Type: Fixed term for up to 10 months
Salary: £87,885 per annum 
Working Hours: 35 hours per week 
Working Pattern: 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday
Location: Camden, London

The difference you will make as a Head of Building Safety
As the Head of Building Safety you will support the Assistant Director of Building Safety in developing and implementing the strategic commercial and operational approach to Remediation of External wall systems. 

About you
  • CIOB Level 6 Diploma in Building Safety Management or Diploma in construction, building surveying, asset and building management compliance or equivalent at degree level
  • Extensive experience of managing and improving teamwork and cooperation between various parts of a business and working collaboratively, relationship building skills and effective stakeholder
  • Clear understanding of risk management, property management and property related compliance requirements 
  • Customer focussed with excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work at all levels within the business
  • Results driven with strong analytical and quality assurance skills, including the ability to co-ordinate and critically analyse complex information, and experience of providing meaningful management information
