A great opportunity to join a leading analytics and insights agency as a Head of Analytics

THE COMPANY

The business is a leading analytics and insights agency offering a full range of business intelligence and strategic support to clients to help them better understand data. And you'll be supporting clients across the groups wider business across retail, finance, manufacturing, banking and more.

Joining as a Head of Analytics, you will be managing the Global Analytics team across the business from both a hands-on and hands-off perspective.

THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the analytics team for the benefits of the business and it's clients

  • Develop strategic plans for ongoing improvements of tools and and skills in-line with stakeholder needs and in keeping up with best practice for advanced analytics and geo-spatial insight tools

  • Be the leader for data insights informing business decisions across our clients

  • Take a lead role in developing integrated analytics propositions

  • Deliver complex advanced analysis projects

  • Deliver the roadmap for advanced analytics and BI projects

YOUR KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Strong technical experience in SQL, Python and Power BI

  • Good expertise in customer analytics, segmentation, modelling and marketing analytics

  • Strong leadership and stakeholder skills
