Head Chef

Head Chef - £50k to £54K (£35k salary, plus £10k bonus (based on GP target*) plus tips (£5k to £9k) - Brighton, 2AA Rosette 40 cover restaurant, who are closed Mondays. You must have 2AA Rosette cooking experience and be living and working in the UK. If you want to join a friendly company who really value their chefs and staff and you have the correct experience then this position would suit you.

My client is looking for a Head Chef to run this 40 cover all fresh food kitchen where everything is cooked from scratch at 2AA Rosette level. You will be in charge of a small brigade of 4.

You will need to have worked as a Head chef before or as a Senior Sous chef looking for their next career step. But you must have 2AA Rosette cooking experience and be able to run a small bridge. We are looking for a Head Chef with good leadership and team working skills who has a real passion for cooking to a high standard. You will be joining a friendly company, who really value their chefs and staff.

Salary and benefits

• £35k salary, plus £10k bonus based on GP target of 73%*, plus £5k to £9k in tips so between £50k and £54k per year
• Closed Mondays
• Shifts: 7 or 8 per week
• You can work either 5 days on and 2 days off or 4 days on and 3 days off (one day off is a Monday as restuarant cloesd)
• 28 days holiday
