Position: Handyperson

Location: Greenwich Millennium Village

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 0800 - 1630

Salary:  £27,000 - £30,000

Development Details:

This role will be based at a development situated on the Greenwich Peninsula, alongside the Thames. The developments, consisting of 1095 residential units is located within walking distance of North Greenwich station.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

As a Maintenance Operative at Rendall & Rittner, you will be:

  • Experienced in performing various maintenance tasks, this includes tasks like changing light bulbs, repairing items, clearing drains and keeping the environment safe and clean.
  • Passionate about creating a clean, positive, and safe environment for residents, guests, and the team this will be done through litter picking, window cleaning, metal polishing, and painting.
  • Expert in customer service, using this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire others.
  • Proactive in seeking opportunities to drive the performance of the development.
  • Skilled in handling feedback effectively in the moment, serving as the main point of contact for all queries.
