Looking for a Handyperson/ Locksmith to join a Property Maintenance contract in Westminster on a Permanent basis, working in Void properties

£35,000 + van and fuel card, benefits, 26 days holiday + bank holidays

  • Looking for someone who has worked in Social housing environment, undertaking repair works to void properties.
  • Work includes basic repairs and installations of window, doors, ironmongery, benches, planters, decking, fencing etc to our customers across the Westminster area.
  • Ideally able to carry out remedial Carpentry and Plumbing etc

Needs:

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Previous experience in Domestic Properties
  • Ideally a trade qualification or Blue CSCS card
