Job Title: Handyman/Driver - Residential Developments

Location: Site Location - London

Salary: Depends on experience

Hours of work: Monday to Friday; 8:00-17:00 and Saturday work available

From handling planning applications, structural and architectural design, to ensuring compliance with building regulations and delivering high-quality construction, they manage all aspects of building and construction projects.

They deliver everything from home extensions, refurbishments, renovations, specialised adaptations, loft and basement conversions, and new builds. Their team is dedicated to managing every detail on behalf of our clients from start to finish.

They are looking for an experienced Handyman/Driver with a clean driving record and driving licence, aged over 25, to drive a company van and undertake any tasks required relating to the smooth running of the business.

Typically, tasks can include:

• General repairs and maintenance in residential properties
• Assisting with general building maintenance tasks as needed
• Deliver materials
