We are professional & fast-paced company, we work with top estate agents in London, which means we must be professional and make all tenants / clients feel comfortable whilst carrying out any jobs, as you are representing the company (Refurbology)

We are looking for a really experienced property maintenance handyman to join our team and help maintain clients properties.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks, such as repairs, painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be able to work independently.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and has a good understanding of building maintenance.

We would need the handy man to write up a report after each job.. Knowing the materials names in plumbing and handy man tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Excellent customer service as you will be dealing with clients day in day out
  • Plumbing (3+ year experience)
  • Driving 7-9 jobs a day
  • Repair and maintain plumbing, electrical
  • Perform general carpentry work.
  • Install and repair fixtures and appliances.
  • Assess and diagnose problems with various systems.
  • Maintain records of repairs and maintenance.
  • Provide customer service and advice on home improvement projects.
  • Leak detection
  • Mould detection
  • Roofing (Some knowledge is required)

***Valid Driving licence is required ***
