Group Reporting Accountant

Robert Half Finance & Accounting are recruiting a new role of Group Reporting Accountant to join one of Leeds' fastest growing businesses over the last 3 years. This is a great opportunity to work for a growing, acquisitive, PE backed business that has further growth plans in place for 2024 and beyond.

The Role

Reporting into the Group Financial Controller, key duties of the Group Reporting Accountant will include:

• Taking full responsibility for all aspects of the Group's treasury function, including cash flow reporting, forecasting and liquidity management.
• Oversee the monthly group consolidation of international accounts
• Support the annual Group audit process
• Build and manage relationships with external advisors, banks and financial institutions.
• Support the Group Finance Director with the development of the group reporting pack and MI suite.
• Support the wider Finance team with ad hoc projects and analysis requests as required.

The Candidate

In order to be considered for this role, we require candidates with the following:

• ACA or ACCA Qualified
• Strong technical, financial reporting background
• Confident communicator with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders
• IT literate, with strong excel skills a particular advantage

Salary and benefits:

In return, the successful Group Reporting Accountant will receive the following:

• £60,000 - £65,000 base salary
• £5,000 car allowance
• Private medical insurance
• Annual Bonus
• 25 days holidays
