Group Marketing Administrator – 12 month FTC

Working closely with the Senior Marketing Team Lead and Head of Creative Marketing , you’ll have the chance to join a growing Group Marketing team and be an important part of this progressive, dynamic business.
Key responsibilities include:
-
Compile, edit and publish content on the home finder websites for several regional offices.

Use of editorial guidelines for copywriting, editing and applying tone of voice, to ensure cross-site consistency.

Liaise with regional sales teams and perform regular website audits to ensure content is up-to-date, accurate and meets the regional sales strategy.

Regular monitoring and analysis of regional marketing activity (combined with website analysis) to make informed recommendations on performance.

Manage the process of obtaining assets for inclusion in marketing brochures and web pages.

Use of image editing software to enhance product presentation.

Participate in team meetings undertaken by head office, internal marketing and external supplier meetings as required.
Key competencies are:

Knowledge and experience in digital marketing

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Devising and presenting ideas and strategies
-
Maintaining websites and looking at data analytics
-
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and consistency

Proven organisational and time management skills
Preferred skills are:
-
Experience with managing online content
-
Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop

Experience in digital marketing
-
Knowledge of CRM
A marketing qualification e.g. Degree or Professional Certificate/Diploma in Marketing or equivalent is desirable, but not essential.
