Group Financial Reporting Manager
£70,000 - £75,000 + Generous Bonus up to £15,000 + Benefits
Hertfordshire (Hybrid 2-3 days in the office)
Full Time - Flexible working hours
Great role for a Qualified with up-to-date knowledge for IFRS and Statutory reporting. Our client is a leading player in their specified industry known for their emphasis on innovation, ambition, global footprint and award winning employee friendly approach.
They are seeking a technically minded accountant to join their ranks to manage a small team with a broach remit as follows.
* Oversee the preparation of financial reports and statements.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
* Prepare statutory accounts for all legal entities.
* Collaborate with the FP&A Team.
* Work with auditors and external advisors for the group.
* Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial data.
* Implement and maintain financial reporting systems and processes.
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure accuracy of financial data.
* Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities including 5 Year plans.
* Provide details management reporting and analysis including variance analysis.
* Balance sheet control
The Successful Applicant
* Ideally Practice trained qualified ACA, ACCA accountant.
* Previous experience working within a complex corporate environment preferred.
* Up to date knowledge of IFRS.
* Excellent analytical and Excel skills.
* Strong written & verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently, use initiative and meet deadlines.
