This role presents an great opportunity to manage the Group's Central Services costs, including oversight of the accounts payable function. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with various central functions to manage and understand their respective cost bases, providing clear and concise financial information to Senior Management.

What you'll do:
* Manage the Group's Central Services costs, including oversight of the accounts payable function
* Work closely with the Financial Planning & Analysis team and the Treasury team to provide clear concise financial information to Senior Management
* Own the budgeting and forecasting for the central costs
* Play an active and leading role in improving and automating the Group's procedures around key accounting functions
* Provide key inputs in the preparation and presentation of monthly and quarterly consolidated P&L and Balance Sheet reporting for internal management reporting purposes
* Document the accounting treatment of significant contracts or transactions impacting the Central entities
* Ensure the cost accruals related to the Central Entities are effectively managed and accounted for monthly
* Provide support and oversight to the Accounts Payable Officer & AP Apprentice

What you bring:
* Degree in finance/accounting or related discipline from a recognised tertiary institution
* Professional accounting qualifications (ACCA or equivalent)
* Experience with IFRS and UK GAAP
* Experience in cost reporting and management of a Central support entity
* Ability to business partner with Senior Management providing support to help non-Finance people understand Finance numbers
* Excellent written and oral English communication skills
* Highly analytical with good Excel skills
* Experience in collaborating with stakeholders at all levels throughout an organisation
