The Group Chief Operating Officer:

• Lead operational activities across diverse sectors including agriculture, construction, farming, aquaculture, food distribution, and food retail.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline business processes.
• Coordinate and oversee the activities of various business units to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Drive efficiency and effectiveness in operations to optimize performance and achieve desired outcomes.
• Collaborate with executive team members to formulate and execute strategies that support overall company objectives.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational efficiency, business unit performance, cost-saving initiatives, and stakeholder satisfaction.
