Salary: £25,000

Commission: Uncapped (OTE £40K in your first year)

Based in the centre of London, unlike many finance recruitment firms, they put people at the heart of their business, offering a quality and detailed service.

With plans to expand into a future 15 sectors, this is highlighting their potential for international growth and individual development. Some of the early hires into this SME will go on to lead teams and expand into these markets as 'Head of Tech’ or 'Head of Legal’ (for example). The business will allow you to be autonomous, whilst working in a meritocratic environment, meaning your hard work will be rewarded and high achievers will progress their career rapidly.

What’s on offer?

• First Year - Base: 25K, OTE: 40K
• Second Year - Base: 35K, OTE: 70K
• Third Year - Base: 50K, OTE: 100K
• Equity within the company

What will the role entail for a recruitment consultant?

• Reviewing CV’s
• Building and maintaining client and candidate relations
• Prepping candidates for interviews
• Business development
• Hitting (and exceeding!) targets
• Produce adverts for vacancies

Who is suitable for recruitment consultancy?

• University graduate from a Russel Group University (2:1 or higher)
• High achiever (Sports, Extra-Curricular, Music)
• Money motivated
• Strong communication skills
• Displays qualities of being charismatic, driven and resilient
• Sales experience preferably - not necessary
