As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will be working across your desired year group or key stage, carrying out whole class support, 1:1 interventions as well as play time duties.

Job Description:

• Graduate Teaching Assistant
• School are looking for someone that has genuine intentions and aspirations to become a Primary Teacher further down the line
• Working across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 with a focus on raising attainment
• Supporting students with various additional needs including Autism, ADHD, Speech and Language needs and more
• Potential to enrol onto the Schools Direct Programme
• September Start - full-time & agency contract - Monday to Friday
• £90 - £100 per day. * Located in the Borough of Redbridge

Person Specification:

• Graduate Teaching Assistant
• Must have a desirable and relevant degree from a reputable University
• Must be confident and ambitious and keen to make a positive impact on pupils lives
• You must be able to engage and motivate the students
• Commitment to the wider community and flexible to take on additional responsibilities within school life
• Able to build positive relationships with staff, children and parents alike
