Cobal provides a range of design, production, and installation services including signage, wayfinding, placemaking, brand implementation, and project delivery.

Our factory and studio are based in Berkshire, from where we serve a client base across the UK and EMEA which includes blue chip companies, global brands, and companies as well as collaborations with leading architectural practices.

Due to growth, we are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic graduate with a growth mindset, looking for their first commercial opportunity.

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Internal Sales Manager, the Sales Administrator will manage projects through the internal workflow from receipt of enquiry through to completion, delivering an outstanding customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Responsible for processing sales orders from the initial enquiry
  • Creating orders in the CRM system
  • Liaising with the CAD team to request customer drawings, and managing the approval process
  • Working with the production team to agree timelines
  • Working with third party shipping companies to ascertain cost and delivery dates

Required skills

  • Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
  • Competent administration skills
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills & ideally, a CRM system
  • Confident communicator, both verbally & in writing
  • Natural and positive team player
