Salary: £22,500 - £25,000 basic salary plus commission

Commission: Expected earnings - Year 1: £35K, Year 2: £50K, Year 3: £65K

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Conducting business development calls to attract new business from clients.
  • Researching and mapping your market.
  • Meeting clients and candidates face to face.
  • Account Management.
  • Interviewing candidates.
  • Building relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Networking.
  • Negotiating.
  • Using Recruitment tools to source talent and fill vacancies.
  • Calling prospective candidates and clients.
  • Attending networking events.
  • Closing new business.

What do you need?

Ideally a University graduate or 18 months + of sales experience as well as the following traits:

  • A growth mindset.

  • Coachable and desire to learn.
