Our clients are a highly ambitious and growing medium size boutique that are recruitment experts within the Marketing and Media Recruitment Sector. Offering a range of opportunities suited to your strengths such as Embedded, Executive/Retained Search, Contract and Freeland, Exclusive and Contingent.

Working alongside some of the highest end Media talent, and alongside over 150 clients including: TikTok, Sky, Deliveroo, HSBC and Trainline.

- £23,000 - £26,000 basic + uncapped commission

- Year 1 OTE: £35,000 - £45,000+

- Year 2 OTE: £45,000 - £65,000+

- Year 3 OTE: £65,000 - £90,000+

Graduate Recruitment Consultant: Marketing and Media - The Role:

- Develop & build relationships with the best talent in the market that allows you to respond quickly and effectively to client needs

- Work with the Management team to identify, target, approach and win clients. Targeting lapsed as well new clients. We have a meticulous CRM and content marketing function that supports this part of the role.

- Prepare and implement a Key Account Plan for the clients that you inherit that results in repeat business and opportunities for growth

- Work directly with clients to take the job brief, to understand why their role is unique to the market

- Design a personal branding strategy that builds trust & differentiates you from your competition

Graduate Recruitment Consultant: Marketing and Media - YOU!

- Graduate with a 2:1 or above from a top 30 university or B2B sales experience or someone with over a years’ worth of relevant commercial/recruitment experience
