Bretsa Early Years and Education are currently seeking a hard-working and ambitious graduate to join their dynamic and rapidly expanding team at our Head Office based in Petts Wood BR5.

We specialise in Early Years and Education and provide high calibre staff to nurseries, childcare settings and schools across the UK on both a temporary and permanent basis. We are well known in the industry for providing our clients with an exceptional level of customer service.

The Role

The position is office based and on the busy temporary desk, where there is never a dull moment!

We provide a training programme in which you will gain a full understanding of the 360 Recruitment process.

Roles and responsibilities include:

- Using job boards to continuously source candidates to maintain a healthy candidate pool

- Placing adverts and using social media to generate candidate interest

- Interviewing candidates, processing, vetting, and screening

- Developing and maintaining strong relationship with both candidates and clients

- Filling client bookings , business development and client meetings

- Attending recruitment fairs and promoting Bretsa
