Graduate Recruitment Consultant

Package: £22-24K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission Structure (£35K OTE Year 1) (£45K OTE Year 2) (£60K OTE Year 3)

The Role:

• Sourcing and qualifying candidates
• Complete training modules
• Building and maintaining a professional candidate relationship
• Working towards your monthly targets and career path
• Managing your candidate database

The Requirements:

• Degree educated or 1 years sales experience
