We have an incredible opportunity for an enthusiastic Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join an ever-growing professional consultancy firm in Tunbridge Wells. You will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced Quantity Surveyors on a wide range of different and exciting projects, allowing you to gain hands-on experience within the profession, whilst also playing a major part in the company's success.

This role is perfect for a driven graduate who is keen on making their mark within Quantity Surveying and within the construction industry. If you are looking to work in team that will support you and assist you in becoming a fully chartered Quantity Surveyor, then this is the role for you, our client places a lot of emphasis on their employees' professional development, and so, they are willing to help you thrive in your professional journey.

Requirements as a Successful Graduate Quantity Surveyor

  • Degree qualified in a relevant discipline.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
  • Have a full UK driving license and a car.


Responsibilities as a Successful Graduate Quantity Surveyor

  • Delivery of projects
  • Pre and Post contract services
  • Manage project coordination and project reporting.
  • Attending site inspections and site meetings.
  • Attending and minute project meetings.
  • Administer Contracts
  • Procure services and works on behalf of our clients and projects
  • Support to junior member of the team and senior staff
