Graduate Quantity Surveyor
A dynamic and ambitious, Chartered Quantity Surveying Consultancy is seeking a hard-working Graduate Quantity Surveyor with an interest and desire to work on large, London projects.
The Graduate Quantity Surveyor's Role
Based a short walk from Fenchurch Street station, the Graduate Quantity Surveyor shall support 2 Directors on attractive, high valued, and complex commercial projects.
The successful Graduate Quantity Surveyor will assist with providing pre and post cost management services, as well as getting exposure to contract administration/ employers agent roles.
An ideal chance for a Graduate (with experience), or an Assistant Quantity Surveyor seeking tailored APC support, high profile projects, and greater responsibility.
The Graduate Quantity Surveyor
- Completed a Quantity Surveying degree, or on the apprenticeship scheme
- Minimum of 6 months Quantity Surveying experience
- Worked for a UK, PQS/Cost Consultancy
- Basic pre or post cost management knowledge
- Working towards chartership
- Hard working, motivated, professional
